Proposal For Faculty Batch

We are going to start a *“Faculty Batch” for B.tech & MCA final year students (Only Girls). In this programme the selected students will be doing a self financed training for 6+ months (In Software/Hardware & Networking) and after completion of their training they will get an opportunity to be interviewed & *placed as a “Faculty/Trainer” in any of the HCL-CDC Centers across India.
The details are as follows:
1.Total No. Of Seats- 20
2.Last Date of Registration for written exam – 13/04/2010 (Prospectus for Rs. 200/-)
3.Written Exam Date – 15/04/2010
4.Result Announcement – 17/04/2010, & followed by Personal Interview round.
5.Classroom Presentation round on- 19/04/10 followed by Final results list.
6.Last Date of enrolment for Faculty Batch – 20/04/2010 (by submitting all the documents along with registration fees of 15000/-)
7.Approximate Cost of Training – Rs. 33,000/- (plus service tax)


Selection Procedure:
1.There’ll be a written test which would comprise of questions from following disciplines:

I.T.
English
Aptitude

2.Thereafter there’ll be Interview Round with the shortlisted candidates.

3.Further the candidates who will be screened will give final round of presentation.


Candidates who’ll clear these rounds & meet the prerequisites (given on the next page) will be offered admission to the Faculty Batch.

Prerequisites:

The candidate should have 1st division in 10+2.
The candidate should have an aggregate percentage of 55% & above in graduation.
The candidate should be in final year of her graduation.
The candidate should be open to relocation.
The candidate should maintain 90% & above attendance while doing the HCL CDC course.
The candidate should score more than 60% in all the exams of HCL CDC.
The candidate should not be of more than 24 yrs of age.

*The candidate after meeting all the prerequisites will get an opportunity to be interviewed for Faculty profile at any of the 100+ HCL CDC centers across India & based on the success in Interview round they’ll be offered the faculty position at any of the HCL CDC centers in PAN India.


Important Note:

Candidates will have to submit the following once they are selected by HCL CDC- Greater Noida based on their written test, Personal Interview, & Presentation:-

1.Attested copies of 10+2 Mark sheet,
2.Graduation Mark sheets,
3.Letter of referral/Character certificate from their respective Institutes
4.Photo ID proof
