Eligibility Criteria for the
- This requirement is only for Female Candidates.
- Graduate [BA/ B Com/ B Sc/ BBA] and Post Graduate [MA/ M Com/ M Sc/ MBA]
- Candidate should be energetic, broad mined, sincere and have positive attitude
- Candidate willing to Travel within India as in this Business Development Executive profile they will need to Travel within India for at least 10-15 days in a month and Base Location will be Noida.
- Candidate should have a smart personality with excellent communication skills
- Fluent in verbal & written English
- Knowledge of computers is also essential
Terms and Conditions:
- Current Package will be Rs 1, 50,000 to 1, 80,000 per annum depending upon the candidate and her performance
- Additional Annual Bonus and incentives of Rs. 10,000/- to Rs 20,000/- depending upon the performance and attitude of the candidate in the organization
- Traveling Cost will be separately provided to the employee depending upon the city they are traveling.
- Salary is totally performance based.
- Performance of the candidate will be measured on monthly basis
