TRAINING SCHEME : Fresh candidates are offered employment as Trainee Copy Editors/Language Editors under the training scheme of the organization. The period of training is one year. The candidates are provided comprehensive classroom and on-the-job training to groom them as professionals.

3-month classroom induction

Areas in which training is imparted:

Copyediting basics
Correct and preferred usage of English language
International scientific conventions
Exposure to various style manuals
Tools training
Quality checking
On-line copyediting


9-month on-the-job training

Objectives:

To give focused attention and continuous appraisal
To identify various other training needs (skill, technical or standardization)
To impart additional need-based trainings


On successful completion of training period, employees are inducted in the executive level of employment.

Essential requirements for the position are:

B.C.A./ M.C.A.
B.Sc. / M.Sc. – Computer Science
