Counsellor and Manager:

Role:

- Manage the day to day affairs of the centre

- Counsel students and engage them for doubt clarifications

- Indent material based on requirement to Head Office

- Manage finances

- Cold calling and ensuring maximum conversions

Requirements:

- Presentable personality

- Thorough knowledge of MBA and the colleges

Salary - Rs 10,000-12000 per month with a 15% variable upside

b) Position - 1

Marketing manager

Role:

- Hunt for orders for training and recruitment

- Travel extensive - however confined to NCR

- Ensure delivery sync and payment provcurement

Requirement:

- Go getter attitude

- Hard core sales skills

- Pleasing personality
