Reliance Money for the MBA Ist Year

Subject: Launch of 2010 Batch enrollment of Reliance Money’s Headstart to Leadership (HSTL) program for the MBA Students


It is with profound joy and satisfaction that I write to you about the launch of 2010 Batch of the exciting and innovative Reliance Money’s Headstart to Leadership (HSTL) programme for the 1st year MBA (currently studying or about to complete IInd semester) students of your esteemed institution.


The HSTL programme is a planned, professionally mentored, closely monitored 6 months learning experience aimed to provide the trainee with a wide range of practical work activities and opportunities to shadow, observe and participate in the Live Business Scenario’s & activities of the company. The Reliance Money’s Sales and Distribution department will host the trainees and the Human Resources department will facilitate the learning and coaching environment. All HSTL enrolled students will have an opportunity to do their Summer Internship Program (SIP) of 8-12 weeks across Reliance Money’s branches pan-India.

Our aim is to find, craft and equip the latent management talent by exposing them to various real business situations and providing them with the best of opportunities and business information. This course is aimed at imparting knowledge and practical training of the businesses that we operate in & to make the trainees ready to be a preferred choice of the recruiters during their campus placement season (including Reliance Money).



Salient Features of the program


Earn while you learn- Learn based on the training schedules and implement/ execute the same in one`s free time
Programme duration is of 06 months (Excluding Summer Training)
The summer training period of 8-12 weeks for those who are enrolled with the company across all branches in INDIA..
For the training, an enrollment fee of Rs.3000/= will have to be paid by each trainee at the beginning of the programme.
Training allowance of Rs.4500/ per quarter – To be paid on quarterly basis (subject to performance of the base UNIT every month)
At the end of the training programme, R Money will award each trainee with a Headstart to Leadership program training certificate.
The Organisation will make Pre-placement offers to those students who are outstanding performers and who have completed the course successfully.
