Offer Description:
Designation: “Graduate Engineer Trainee”
Eligibility: BE/ B Tech in EC, ETC, EE, EN, CS and IT (Vth SEM to Final SEM) with 50% Aggregate
marks.
Selection Criteria: Written Technical Assessment and Personal Interviews.
CTC: 1.5 LPA – 1.8 LPA
Training Description:
120 hrs training program including 45 hrs of live project training with on project stipend. The
training is on a self support basis. The cost of the training per candidate is Rs. 30,000 (inclusive
of service tax). The training will include the following contents:
1. Module I: Telecom EssentialsDEPLOYMENT/ PLACEMENT ARRANGEMENT
2. Module II: GSM System Engineering
3. Module III: RF Engineering
4. Module IV: Transmission Engineering
5. Module V: Telecom Network Management
6. Module VI: Operation and Maintenance
Special Support: The Placement cell of the company will provide assistance to all the
candidates who have completed the training successfully and not absorbed under our
confirmed employment plan.
Conditions: The confirmed employment as per the opted category as mentioned, the following
criteria has to be fulfilled.

Eligibility: All candidates who have successfully completed BE/ B.Tech in EC, ETC, EE, EN, CS
and IT with minimum 50% aggregate marks.
1. Attendance: Minimum 90% attendance in telecom training program provided by the
company.
2. Score: Minimum 65% aggregate score with individual subject score of not less than 50%.
3. Compliance to the laid down terms and conditions of training, unless otherwise stated in
the program time to time. The candidates who are unable to clear the program in the
first attempt, shall be allowed to reappear for the second attempt to clear the program
after seeking special permission from the training head.
