Aspiring Minds is running a PAN-INDIA recruitment drive for iTrust for MBA (Finance/Marketing) 2010 Batch.

iTrust is hiring for multiple positions across the country. This is a great opportunity for freshers to kick start their career.

The interested candidates need to appear for AMCAT exam (computer based test conducted by Aspiring Minds);

Based on the AMCAT scores, the shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews.

Job Description :

The job, as a Relationship Manager is to:

* Attract and acquire new clients

* Analyze clients’ financial needs, goals, risk profile and investment horizon

* Advise clients regarding the advantages and disadvantages of different investment strategies and help them develop their financial resources through investment, savings, insurance, pension and tax products

* Create, implement, and continually review a financial plan designed to help clients pursue their long-term goals

* Help a client to buy financial products such as insurance, mutual funds and home loans that fit in with their individual financial plan

* Achieve client satisfaction and loyalty through excellent service

We prepare you to complete all licensing requirements such as the AMFI & IRDA certification and provide you with the tools and training to help you successfully provide appropriate solutions to your customers.

Particular Skills Required :

* Marketing/business development aptitude

* Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong work ethic

* Time management skills and the demonstrated ability to meet deadlines

* Excellent interpersonal skills and high level of integrity

* Competitive drive and achievement orientation

* High degree of self-confidence and ability to understand clients’ needs

* Knowledge of financial products available to retail investors (such as mutual funds, insurance, home loans and tax products)

Job Location : Gurgaon

Desired Profile: MBA (Finance / Marketing)(2010 Pass Outs)

Compensation:

We provide an appropriate mix of fixed and variable compensation that encourages consultants to act in the best interest of the client and to build long-term relationships with them.

There would be mobile and conveyance allowances beyond the CTC.

Designation: Relationship Manager

Base Package: 2.5 Lakhs + Reimbursements: Mobile + Transport + Monthly Incentives
